Support for Our Community

Our goal is provide free monthly workshops for the community led by various professional members of our community in areas that help our minds and bodies. We hope to provide clinics and/or resources in the following areas:

  • Financial planning and education for individuals and families

  • Mindfulness and mediation practice

  • Community exercise classes

  • Legal rights workshops

  • Food pantries with fresh produce

  • Local group volunteer days
